International Day of Yoga

The 21st of June is International Day of Yoga. This is a beautiful opportunity to come together as a community and bring awareness to the many benefits of Yoga.
 

Marjolein will be offerings two free yoga classes on this day in the Yoga Roots studio:
 

6.45-7.45am Morning Yoga Flow
 

12.10-12.45pm Lunch Time Yoga Nidra

Morning Yoga Flow

The 6.45am Morning Yoga Flow is a full body class to stretch and strengthen your muscles. With a focus on breath and body awareness, you'll be guided through a creative flow that will leave you feeling energised.
 

Start your day with attention to your body, awareness of breath and intention for your mind and heart.
 

Lunch Time Yoga Nidra

For the 12.10pm Yoga Nidra class, we'll do a 5 min Gentle Yoga practice to open the tissues and channels of the body. Followed by a 30min deep restful Yoga Nidra practice. Perfect for a pick me up moment in the middle of your day.
 

Flow into the rest of your day feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Hit the green 'book here' button below, this takes you to our online booking system Momoyoga. Register yourself first, and then you can book yourself in for one of the free classes.

Yoga mats and  props are provided.
