Mindful Kids
Tuesday's: 6 - 9 year, 4.00 - 5.00pm
10 - 12 year, 5.15 - 6.15pm
The intention of these classes is to discover how to improve motor skills and self-expression using yoga and mindfulness as a tool for children.
Each session will inspire your child to move and learn with fun, creativity and interaction sparking their imagination and develop an awareness of their bodies and how to move it. The principles of yoga and mindfulness also offer self-calming techniques that will help them when it’s time to relax and go to sleep.

Course Details
When: Tuesday's during Term 2
Dates: 18 May - 27 June (7 week block)
Cost: $115 for 7 weeks
4.00 - 5.00pm: 6 - 9 years
5.15 - 6.15pm: 10 - 12 years
Each course is limited to 10 participants.
Yoga mats and props will be provided.
