Roots to Rise

Monday 6.30 - 7.15am with Marjolein

These classes are shared over monthly course blocks. Created with intention - long enough to create meaningful shifts, yet light enough to integrate gently into your life. It is my wish for you that this practice sets a steady foundation for your week….not by doing more, but by being more aligned, more rooted, more present.

As part of our morning’s together, I invite you to practice of 'Mouna'. Even before arriving to class. Like avoiding emails, messages, and social media in the early moments of your day. Instead, turn inward, conserve your energy, and arrive with presence. In doing so, we create a deeper sense of inner connection and mental clarity ~ a gift to carry through the rest of the week.

 

The classes are open for drop-in attendance and can be booked online via momoyoga.

This 45min practice is designed to breathe space into the start of your week, and to set yourself up feeling more clear, connected and energised.

The classes include a grounding morning meditation, soft breath practices, and slow flow yoga.

1) May 4wk: 5 - 26 May $60 (closed)
2) June 5wk: 2 - 30 June  $75 (2 spaces left)
break over July/August

3) September 5wk: 1 - 29 September $75
4) October 4wk: 6 - 27 October $60
5) November 4wk: 3 - 24 November $60
5) December 3wk: 1 - 15 December $45

Yoga mats and props are provided for and sustainable made.
