Mums & Bubs Yoga North Shore
Wednesday's 10.30 - 11.30am
This gentle postnatal course is designed to allow you to nurture & restore yourself after pregnancy and birth. This course includes yoga specifically to help realign the body, which is helpful post pregnancy. Because of the extra stresses placed on the body with breast feeding and carrying your new bub, the class can help ease tension in all koshas (physical, emotional and mental body).
+ Feed & Chat: mums can arrive already anytime after 10.10am to feed and settle bubs before class, while enjoying a cup of relaxing herbal tea and catch up with other local mama’s.
Bond with your baby and connect with other local mums in a supportive environment.
No yoga experience necessary.
Suitable for mums with baby from 6 weeks+ up to crawling.
The classes include:

Guided postures to strengthen and tone the core and pelvic floor muscles.

Relaxation tools, like Yoga Nidra

Universal ideas for a harmonious life with the many challenges of motherhood.

6 wk course block: 27 March - 1 May (casuals welcome)
