Mums & Bubs Yoga

Thursday's 10.45am - 12.00pm

This gentle postnatal course is designed to allow you to nurture & restore yourself after pregnancy and birth. This course includes yoga specifically to help realign the body, which is helpful post pregnancy. Because of the extra stresses placed on the body with breast feeding and carrying your new bub, the class can help ease tension in all koshas (physical, emotional and mental body).

Bond with your baby and connect with other local mums in a supportive environment.

No yoga experience necessary.

Suitable for mums with baby from 6 weeks+ up to crawling.

The classes include:

  • Guided postures to strengthen and tone the core and pelvic floor muscles. 

  • Pranayama, breathing techniques.

  • Relaxation tools, like Yoga Nidra

  • Universal ideas for a harmonious life with the many challenges of motherhood.


Course Details

Cost: $150 for an 8 week block, $20 casual drop in.

The course is limited to 6 mama's.

Yoga mats and props will be provided. Just bring a blanket for baby to lay on.
