Nurture Yourself in Nature - in Long Bay Regional Par

Nature offers a beautiful container to connect with the elements around. Cultivating the relationship between your inner nature and nature around.

Michelle's yoga classes are vinyasa yoga based; gentle flow embodiment practices woven together with light language transmissions, sound healing and meditation. 

Her intention is that you leave feeling grounded, connected, empowered and immersed into your softest way of Being.

Suitable for all levels, beginners as well as experienced yogis who are wanting more a gentle morning stretch.

The classes are open for drop-in attendance and can be pre-booked via momoyoga

What to bring:

  • Yoga Mat or Towel

  • Water to hydrate afterwards

  • Optional: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen

  • Layers of clothes

If it rains, the class will relocate to the Yoga Roots studio in Torbay. (indoor there is space for 8 participants, this will beallocated on a first booked, first serve basis)

$25 intro offer for 2 classes - new members only, valid from your first visit for 8 days (two Thursday's in a row)

$25 casual class
$110 5-class pass (valid for 3 months)

Location: Long Bay Regional Park, site 5, next to the undercover area. Michelle will be there to welcome you.
