Yoga can impart a deep sense of tranquility and comfort though the ebbs and flows of your pregnancy. Yoga strengthens, refines, and stabilizes your body, breath and mind. Moreover, Prenatal Yoga helps you to soften and yield to the sacred process that is happening within.
Join a small group of fellow mamas-to-be. This is such a special time in your life. This course helps you to nurture your changing body and prepare for birth and postpartum.
Each week we work with a different theme around the entire pregnancy continuum, that can be; trust in one own’s abilities, optimal baby positioning, yoga for birth, and preparation for postpartum.
The classes are open to woman at any stage of her pregnancy and include:
Postures to support your pregnancy
Breath exercises for relaxation and to prepare for birth
Relaxation tools, like Yoga Nidra
Lifestyle integration for a harmonious life during your pregnancy and your journey into motherhood

7 Week Block: current block: 30 March - 18 May
next block: 25 May - 6 July
Cost: $130 for the 7 week block, $20 casual class.
The course is limited to 7 in person spaces in the studio, and
8 spaces for the online option via Zoom.
Yoga mats and props will be provided. If you have a yoga mat, it's encouraged to bring your own.
